Liked: Quirkiness, lovely touches good quality tea, coffee, toiletries. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast area was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.Shower was outstanding!
Disliked: Was looking forward to a drink in the bar but it was closed at 9:15 when we got there.Ceilings in room that we stayed were low, I’m 6’2” and banged my head a number of times.

Liked: We were upgraded . Room was fab. Loved the hidden chapel restaurant and bar. Location was perfect ,and breakfast was excellent . Highly recommend .

Liked: Room was great, breakfast too and the building is beautiful. No Parking on site but to be expected considering the town was created in the 13th century. Public parking 2 mins walk away at reasonable price.

Liked: Quiet location, amazing building to stay in great history, welcoming staff and the restaurant was warm cosy and food was worth every penny
Disliked: The pillows where uncomfortable and in the shower was rack which was rusty which was a shame because everything was so clean and tidy
