Warm, comfortable and very welcoming.

Liked: I have stayed here a few times with work. Each time the room has been clean, comfortable and warm! The staff in the bar/dining area of an evening have always been very friendly and helpful. As a lone female I have always felt comfortable and safe staying here.
Disliked: The only thing that could have made my trip better would have been to have another couple of days here not working!!

Liked: Location good , food was good first day evening meal then breakfast, hotel clean, young girl serving breakfast was lovely first day she was on her own and coped really well but it wasn't overly busy.
Disliked: Food was a let down on our second day and evening , at breakfast they put an extra young girl on to help the other girl as it was really busy and they did struggle to keep on top of things , the hotel was really cold all day and night especially as the weather outside was dreadful 😫 , had to wait to get served by someone at the bar as it was not maned until 3 , felt like they were under staffed

Disliked: The only thing working in the spa was the jaccuziNo steam room or sauna
