Charming place and staff but...

Liked: The room was spacious and the spa bath was nice
Disliked: Some modernization required. We realise that the feeling of the whole place is oldie worldly but things like the radiators, taps and sinks need updating, perhaps with vintage looking items.

Liked: Lovely and clean, food beautiful including the breakfast .Staff lovely and friendly Dog friendly with treats behind the bar for them also

Shocking service will never stay...

Liked: Clean room. Cleaners did a good job
Disliked: Rude staff. Couldn't get a drink in the restaurant whilst eating food, was told WE had to go bar for one. Paid £165 for room far too overpriced just because of NYE
