Liked: Needs updating badly...some staff very rude stay here every year for our anniversary and have been coming for many years disappointed is an under statement probably will never come back seriously need to invest some money back into the rooms. plates and cutlery dirty sorry have to be honest.

Disliked: Deco outdatedCould hear the room next door all night every flush of the toilet every time they turned the tap on and even more personal things am sure they wouldn't want the people next door hearing

Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Liked: Room was lovely and clean, bed comfortable and bigger than expected. Jacuzzi bath was amazing.
Disliked: We had 2 evening meals which were value for money, we had fish & chips on the first night but was disappointed on how greasy the fish batter was and grease on the plate, it looked like it had been served straight from the fryer onto the plate without being drained. This didn’t spoil our experience of the stay.
