Disliked: No hot water in morning was a big surprise Dinner menu was somewhat limited

Beautiful hotel and gardens a...

Liked: Lovely as always! Beautiful building and gardens, Comfortable and clean room, bed, bath.. Great breakfast (catered attentively for vegan diet without any problems!). Easy access to Bath city centre, and managed a run from the hotel to Castle Combe and back (enjoying a hot bath afterwards). We’ll definitely be back again, hopefully soon!

Liked: I felt safe and was looked after so well.
Disliked: Eating alone, with others who were also eating alone it’s unavoidably uncomfortable, please play music so we are not all in silence.
