Wonderful little resort in a...

Liked: The location was perfect. The resort is right on the beach, which made the trip with our infant much more enjoyable. The rooms are perfect for a small family. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we didn't have to rely on restaurants for our meals. The the other guests were mostly timeshare owners who were very friendly to us renters. We had a few small issues with our room and the maintenance manager took care of them promptly.
Disliked: The only recommendations I have would be that the furniture could use a steam-cleaning. It was in nice condition, but a little stained from use.

Liked: Very spacious, fully equipped, clean. Perfectly located right at the beach. Shopping and dining facilities nearby. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Everything fine! Except for the weather (hurricane Milton approaching) but that was out of control of Gulfstream Manor 😀

My family tries to stay...

Liked: Perfect location in a beautiful "old florida" town. It's like having the whole beach to yourself.
Disliked: Maybe more shade? It's pretty perfect.
