Very disappointed with the reaction...

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: No heating in room. No hot water in room. It took numerous phone calls and trips to reception to eventually get moved to another room. Whilst waiting at reception, two other guests came to complain that 1. Blind and sofa was broken 2. Had no electric in room

Liked: our second time of staying. Lovely staff and grounds. Comfy bed and good gym facilities

Very good

Liked: The hotel was very nice with wonderful garden surrounded by nature, decoration was very nice and the family room big and nice. The restaurant was good and the food and staff professional.
Disliked: The heat was on only on specific times. And for the rest of the time you could only use the small extra heater. Some nights were cold. In general at night there was not any lights out at the garden so I had to use my flashlight to make my was to the entrance.

Exceptional

You won't regret it !

Liked: Stunning location and an all together amazing hotel. The room was great, amazing view, spotless, nice comfy big bed. The gym and spa are great and a great addition as the location is pretty remote with not a lot nearby. Staff were great both on check in and check out and using the facilities, haven't tried the restaurant but it looked really intimate and pleasant.
