Nice hotel, well located

Liked: Lady at Checkin was excellent and very friendly. Hotel is located well for central restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable, tidy and modern.
Disliked: Restaurant for lunch took nearly 1hr to bring our order out and had to query more than once. Spa needs a bit of TLC and pool is freezing.

Liked: excellent location, near the city centre. Large hotel. Very good breakfast, possibility of SPA. The bathroom is quite large and well equipped. Confortable bed. I forgot my UK plug adapter and they were aboe to provide me one.
Disliked: Lack of fridge in the room. No coffe machine (only the cattle)

Liked: Great food especially in the Harbor and our waiter was absolutely brilliant, we were a party of 8.Beds were very comfortable and all our rooms (6) were ready early.
Disliked: In the long bar they did not have magnums of Whispering Angel, which we were drinking in the restaurant
