Liked: Central location
Disliked: Air con useless. Handle broken so couldn’t open widow. Extremely loud doors slamming all night. House keeping very loud in hallways at 7am. Terrible stay.

Liked: The hotel rooms were lovely, beds were comfy, the suite could of had our two children in opposed to having to buy another room. The bar and breakfast was also good. On reception the staff were lovely.
Disliked: The spa was a real let down, so cold on the floor and not too much to bother, we had to pay to get in also as this wasn’t included in the price of the stay which is unusual. It was over 18s also, so this wasn’t great as we had our 14 and 17 year old with us. The restaurant staff could of been more welcoming.

Disliked: Seat cushions in bar look dirty and need reupholstering, - makes you not want to sit on them.No heated pool outside so over priced for a jacuzzi and steam roomNot enough loungers so had to leave spa earlier than wanted - couldn’t sit outside as couldnt warm up in the out door pool. very disappointing.
