Disliked: The bathroom smelt of urine and looked very tired. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard and very creaky every time you moved.

Liked: Hotel as a whole was lovely, very fashionable
Disliked: The shower tray was crusty on the outside corners , the shower gel was empty on the bath and no usb charger points , who takes plugs away anymore?

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Not competitive. Spa facilities was not advertised correctly, which made my stay including parking and Spa access an additional £200 for the two days..

Liked: Very good location for restaurants staff were pleasant and helpful bar area was nice but pretty busy but i guess thats not a bad sign all in all was a nice stay
Disliked: Thought this hotel was a little expensive for what it is and the rooms were quite small and could have had better facilities the outside night life was very loud threw out the night
