Liked: The staff were extremely helpful as I had to make some last minute changes to my travel dates and they were kind enough to accommodate my request

Was an ok stay, but...

Liked: The location was perfect! Close to the center and the train station.
Disliked: The room photos did not correspond to reality. The room was old and you could see that in the corridors leading to the room too. The heater didn't work very well.

Liked: Polite and professional staff, comfortable room and very nice breakfast. The secure garage for my bike was excellent.

Good place, but some not...

Liked: The location was quite nice, the beds were comfortable, and the room quite spacious.
Disliked: It is a shame that they charge you a "kitchen kit" - without paying 11 euros, you cannot prepare any sort of food (no plates, no cutlery, so even buying ready-made meals from the supermarket is impossible to eat unless you have your own fork). On my first night I arrived at around 8pm and asked for a kit, and they said they need early notice, so the first night I couldn't even properly prepare dinner. The television did not work (and was not fixed after mentioning it to the staff). The room is very big and the decor makes it feel very empty. Additionally, it was quite cold given its size. Normally this would not be an issue but since they are currently passing on ebergy costs to the customer, it is important to be mindful of the use of heat..

Liked: Nice stay in a comfortable room. It is very close to the train station. I had late check-in which went very smoothly.
