Liked: Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, clean and close to the train station.
Disliked: The gym is said to work until 22:00 but at the reception they did not allowed me to go at 21 because it was closed one hour earlier, apparently, so not until they said.

Liked: Very successful stay. The hotel is located on one side 20 minutes of leisurely walk from the Arena, but on the other hand 10 minutes to the train and bus station. From where the journey to the airport by line no. 199 takes only 20 minutes. Very convenient location. The hotel consists of a total of 3 different buildings adjacent to each other. To the main one you have to walk to the restaurant (I lived in Martini) - 20 meters. I was also disappointed at first, but the advantage of a separate building is a balcony in almost every room. I assure you that this is not a big problem. The room is spacious, a very large double bed, a large balcony, a large shower. There is a lack of a wardrobe in the room or at least comfortable shelves for clothes. The bathroom also lacks a shelf for cosmetics (this was inconvenient), there are soaps + shampoo. No shower gel (a problem). Kettle, 2 cups, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV, air conditioning, blinds on the windows - everything is ok. Guest rooms are from the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator in the building. The entrance to the building and the residential part is strange, because it requires the use of an intercom to the reception, which opens the door - the guest does not have a key to the building. The room is clean, and hosekeeping is every day and does her job very well. The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful. The hotel service is also very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are varied and there is a large selection of dishes for everyone. Also drinks and fresh cakes. This was decisive and I was satisfied. I considered hotels closer to the center, but I decided on this one and I do not regret it. Because of the proximity to the station and the quiet area, I would definitely choose this one again. Also, there are 2 cafes and a grocery store near the hotel.
Disliked: - no shower gel- no wardrobe oraz shelves in the room- no shelf for cosmetics in bathroom- no key for building

Great hotel close to train...

Liked: We had a very comfortable stay at Guesthouse Verona. The room was surprisingly spacious and the breakfast was excellent value. The staff were extremely friendly! The hotel is a bit of a walk from Verona but very handy for the train station, which is what we needed.
Disliked: More space for towels and toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice but this is a minor detail!

Liked: Very clean room. I loved the colour of the hotel entrance, as well as the rooms. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable enough. We hardly slept through the night. Also, breakfast didn’t have enough options. I am lactose intolerant and I couldn’t find any milk nor yoghurt adapted for me.
