Exceptional

Liked: Everything was good. Hotel has a good location. It is 8-10 min from the train station and 20 min from the city centre. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Only one thing we noticed, that tea caps in the number were not very clean. Breakfast was good. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out.

Great room, bargain price!

Liked: We were delayed by around 3 hours so arrived past 3am, but check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Room was perfect, plenty of space, clean and comfy bed. Close to train station & short walk from the centre
Disliked: The walk to the centre was fine in the day although you do have to cross some busy roads. This is the only negative, but for us was well worth the compromise for the price and lovely room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations...

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The room was furnished with all the essential furniture and bathroom equipped with all necessary toiletries. The breakfast was pretty good. The only thing I was surprised about that I had to wait to pay for the room which caused me to miss my train. Since I provided my credit card previously I expected them to charge me. Also I dud not have cash on me for city tax. I just would have prefer to deal with all these when I checked in instead of check-out. Other than that the hotel was great!!
Disliked: The shower was really nice! The bed was very comfortable.

Good stay in a good...

Liked: Excellent breakfast.Good size room. Comfortable and cleaned bed and pillows.Location near the train station.
Disliked: Mold smelling in the room and in the hallway near the door that caused me allergies, congestion and coughing.Suggestion: better control and safety procedure for keeping luggage.

Good

Liked: 10 minute walk from the train station and was easy to find. The access process to the guesthouse is a little odd, needing to be buzzed in to the adjoining building and then again to access the floor the apartment was on. However, the reception is manned 24h so there wasn't a delay in being let inside. The windows had shutters on the outside that could be raised and lowered from buttons inside, the curtains were otherwise sheer.They have laundry facilities for use for €15 with one detergent pod provided. The washing machine is a small 7kg front loader where a full cotton cycle takes 2h45m or there are 15m/30m quick washes. There is also a dryer and Ironing board available. Reception was always helpful.
Disliked: The room was accessed for cleaning despite having the 'do not disturb' sign hung on the door.The shower door was broken, though still functional.The apartment door leads to a small corridor with a few other apartment doors and the one to be buzzed in on the level. We found that our door was not very sound proof and could easily hear people coming/going in the corridor.

A very convenient location near...

Liked: Very near the station which we found really useful. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. A kettle in the room was so welcome as it is quite a walk into the town centre

Nice clean hotel 20 mins...

Liked: Good sized room, very comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff
Disliked: Not necessarily a dislike but the hotel is very simple and spartan. It is a bit hostel like in that respect. As we knew it is 20 mins from the centre which keeps the price down from other v expensive Verona hotels. Note you can get the 62 bus into the centre and the stop is 5 mins from the hotel. That said it is still a relatively expensive hotel for what you get.
