Kind and Convenient

Liked: The location and the ability to bring my dog. The space in the back of the building was great for potty breaks for the pup and easy for us to access. Then later when I accidentally left behind an important item, they were willing to hold it for me to pick up or mail to my home. I could not thank them enough for the extra assistance!!
Disliked: No feedback needed

Disliked: Upstairs room. I'm handicapped and we brought a dog. I can't do stairs.

Nicer than I expected but...

Disliked: Noisy heater, high pet fee.

Comfortable, clean and well maintained

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Climate control worked well. We didn't eat there but used the hot water to make tea. Bathroom was small, but adequate, water warmed up nicely. Could hear others taking showers next door. It was a reasonable place to have a dog. They have a large pet area in the rear, nicely grassed and mowed. Next door was a vacant lot that some dogs would like. Street was not very busy. TV worked well, had many channels, but not PBS.
Disliked: Small size of bathroom and room was somewhat small.

Perfectly adequate lodging in a...

Liked: Members of staff were pleasant, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Easy parking.
Disliked: Breakfast could have had some foods (eg full fat plain yogurt) that was not processed. They did have bananas and apples though.
