It was "OK" for the price; was quiet; clean; the staff was extremely friendly.
Liked: Friendly service; location convenient to the plans we had while visiting; reasonable rate.

The desk help were nice. The smells were bad in the stairway, hallways and rooms.
Liked: Free breakfast; close to Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: Carpets were dirty and smelled bad.

Liked: The carpeting is filthy. The pillow top on the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The parking lot had scattered garbage on it.
Disliked: I didn't like the room overall.

Liked: No security deposit
Disliked: The location was horrible, the elevator was unstable, floors creaked, rooms smelled like dog piss. Was sent an email stating how they stopped serving breakfast after check in.We stayed for 5 minutes and decided that this wasn't the greatest neighborhood for my family to stay.the lady behind the window tried refusing a refund and kept hanging up on booking.com when they tried calling.The next day I drove back to the location and the manager didn't understand why I was complaining and also tried arguing when I brought up the words "complete refund"I explained the situation and he apologized and granted the full refund and let me know that he would speak with the young lady.All this could have been handled the night I left.
