It suited my needs.
Liked: Good location. It is starting to show its age. The ceiling was peeling.
Disliked: Just that it is showing its age. Needs a little touching up.

This is my go to
Liked: I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge! The staff is the best and the location is wonderful. It is always the best value!
Disliked: The only two complaints at all that I have, are the beds and size of bathroom. The beds are extremely uncomfortable in this particular room has a very small bathroom and no counter space. The toilet is nearly right beside the wall. I've stayed here many times before in different rooms with a different layout in the bathroom that are much better

Probably not coming back
Liked: We usually love staying here due to the location of the property. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Usually the rooms are great and a great place to stay
Disliked: This time around was just an AWEFUL experience. The beds were like trying to sleep on rocks, the pillows were even harder than the bed. The bathroom was just HORRID!!! The commode was right next to the wall and the toilet paper holder was in the way when you tried to sit on the toilet. Plus the fact the toilet paper holder had been ripped from the sheetrock at some point in time, as you could see the huge hole behind it. Then there was the issue of the people in the room above us! I assume they had child/children, sounded like a herd of buffalos running and jumping from bed to bed, had to complain several times before parents did anything.
