Fine in a pinch.

Liked: Only place available in the area. I can see why. There must have been a big event in Trenton as all the other hotels and B&B places were fully booked. However, the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: wifi did not work, and all the screens in the room were broken so security was an issue. The Air Conditioner only ran full out cold or off. Tiny kettle to boil water to make coffee but the coffee was instant. Spiders everywhere in the bathroom.

would recommend this Motel for...

Liked: the friendly staff and close to many amenities .
Disliked: change your beds to soft and noisy.

Disliked: Simply dusting the room and the ceiling top of the bathroom

Liked: Small cottages with clean kitchen and washrooms, feels like staying in home with peace, separate rooms, best receptionist, lovely staff, no unnecessary interference.

Very disappointing

Disliked: This is an old motel that should have been demolished years ago. Old rooms that have been lacking even routine maintenance like painting. Old furniture, no lamps - you have to walk across the room in the dark after flipping a wall switch for a single overhead light. If you are not traveling very, very slowly as you approach the address, it is likely you will not see the narrow access. The office is tucked behind a walkin ice cream shop. If you pass this single access, it is very likely you will have to travel several kms before finding a place to turn around, keeping in mind you now will have to relocate it from the opposite direction across a 4 lane highway. If you do turn left at the next traffic lights hoping to be able to get back, you will find there is no turning on that road so you will be back at the freeway retracing your route back across the city.

Disliked: I arrived the premises....Nobody attended to me and they refused to return my money .......I press the ring nobody answered.....I need to go to another hotel spent extral money .....
