Overall, it was a good...

Liked: Great location, beautiful grounds, friendly staff.
Disliked: Room cleaning service only once every 2-3 days. OK, but I wish I'd been warned so I'd have known what to expect.

Very moody park.

Liked: The garden and the villa is very lovely. The staff is nice. The path near to river to reach ponte vecchio is beautifull.
Disliked: nothing
