Superb

Disliked: Only one problem. The waste basket in the bathroom was not emptied before our arrival.

Very inexpensive rooms, a little...

Liked: The price was right! The staff were excellent and friendly. It was amazing to have a refrigerator and *free coffee!*
Disliked: The carpeting was old and stained. The heater and the bathroom gadgets made ominous noises a couple of times. The water took almost 5 minutes to heat up.

I'd go again

Liked: A little out of the way if you don't have a car
Disliked: Advertised as a single room with shared bathroom.The bathroom was shared with the entire hotel...

Ok if you go by...

Liked: Good location, reasonably spacious room, some really nice views
Disliked: Only one soap dispenser in men’s washroom and it’s empty. The property is hard to access on foot - the footpath from Richmond St was behind a locked gate and we had to walk up a drive that has no sidewalk, weird car-centric design choices. There’s a speed limit there but it did not feel safe to walk
