Very close to White River Amphitheater, i liked that. Very good location and easy parking. I found this hotel on ConcertHotels.com, so I was hoping for a later check out time than 11 :( I didn't ask, but I'm sure it would have been possible. I was pleased with my whole experience.

Liked: The staff was amazing. I loved that there was a microwave, a coffe maker and a fridge. I loved the vibe in the courtyard - everyone was happy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. I WILL be staying here again.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable, but the comforter had burn holes in it and the sheets were stained.

I would like to suggest that you switch from styrofoam products. They are so bad for the environment. I skipped the breakfast entirely.

Great Location! Kind Staff! Bedding...

Liked: The staff is always great! The location is also perfect for my visits.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bed and pillows are horribly outdated and uncomfortable. It's like having a half of a pillow. Just updating the pillows would help a lot. The bathroom door did not dhit properly and did not lock. This would be an issue if I was traveling with someone else.

Although the room wasn’t cleaned...

Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Hairs found in shower/tub. Hairs and linens (black marks on pillow case-gross) seemed used on one of the two beds. Linens were wrinkled up like someone had been there recently. Thankfully I could use the other bed that appeared clean. No fruit options at the breakfast station.
