Disliked: Had trouble with the key application but staff very helpful when I phoned them

Disliked: No keys had to download a digital key to only one phone.

Lovely stay!

Liked: Clean and modern facilities. It would be perfect for a long stay as this room had everything in it. Nice private parking available. They were kind enough to let me access the parking spot before the check in time. We parked then went off to do our own thing and then returned and checked in later on.
Disliked: Wasn't sure about the check out procedure as the check in and out process is done remotely. They do advise us of this though. Check out details may have been on the booking.com app but couldn't find much info. We didn't want to call and bother anyone. We just left at the checkout time and hoped for the best. It's been a couple of days and no follow up so it must be pretty simple. The room is accessed via a digital key so it expires after designated checkout time. Be careful about forgetting your belongings past the time limit to avoid inconvenience.

Very disappointing.

Disliked: The "user unfriendly" system for access to the building; the lift and the room. I almost certainly could not have achieved access without invaluable help from other users of the building who found myself in a very frustrated state trying in vain to find the means of access. I am 83 years old and the rapid development of technology has left me behind. If I had a known about your access system beforehand I would not have booked to go there. The finale was I left the building on the last day of my stay to do some local shopping only to shortly return to find your system had automatically removed my electronic key. Fortunately by that time I knew your "office" contact number and obtained access to my room to collect my bags. The "user unfriendly" access system is central to my poor rating of my stay.In addition, on the second day the lift was not working and I had to leave the building by the fire escape.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable & can’t fault the space one bit. Location was great & I enjoyed the best Mexican I’ve ever eaten at the little restaurant just a couple of doors down
