Disappointing

Liked: It’s set in a nice part of burnham
Disliked: Staff had no clue how to serve at the bar , gave us flat Prosecco and had to serve ours at the bar as the staff didn’t understand what a gin and bitter lemon was. No food served during the afternoon so had the go to a local supermarket..

A decent stay with avoidable...

Liked: We have stayed many times at Grovefield so we knew what to expect.Sadly we had to move rooms because the TV in the first room did not work.
Disliked: Having to move rooms when the TV did not work - this should have been checked before we had been allocated the room.Our first room had the garden view we asked for but the room we moved to did not and it wasn't great either - it was noisy from above and there was no real view, just over the hotel roof

Liked: Room i had private door to outside Bathroom Large bedGround floor room was requested and you delivered Costumer service excellent Beds so comfy
Disliked: Beans for breakfast was missing but then the next day we ate beans Sausages were not well done on one of the days But all the other day's were fine

Only there for one night...

Liked: Stands in its own grounds with lots of parking available. Approximately 30 mins from Heathrow.
Disliked: Slightly old fashioned decor, but that’s just personal taste

Please improve on room entertainment

Liked: Checking and check out fast. Staff were friendly. Also Improve a little bit on the Cooked English breakfast.
Disliked: The room I was in had no TV set working. The TV present was an old Analogue TV which has no single channel and am one person who has to watch TV before retiring to bed to catch up with news and other late night programmes
