Worst experience ever- avoid at...

Disliked: This property was a complete disappointment and nothing like the images shown when booking. It’s centuries old, and the appliances seem even older. The shower panel was broken, the taps were rusted, and the TV looked like it was from the 1980s—absolutely ancient! For £90, it felt like a total rip-off.The bathroom was practically unusable; the ventilation was non-existent, making it impossible to freshen up, and the heating was unbearably high, adding to the discomfort. We couldn’t even shower, which was appalling. Thankfully, we were only there to sleep, but even that was painful.One of the worst experiences of my life—avoid at all costs!

Disliked: Where do I start . The bed was broken ( which I did report ) , the tiles in the bathroom were loose , the floorboards in the bedroom were creaky . Breakfast was cold , and that included the cooked part of the breakfast , no brown bread. Very poor variety , service was very poor . Windows wouldn’t close causing a big draft coming through , not ideal when there’s 50 mph winds outside . When I mentioned these problems with breakfast I was greeted with a nod and a , that will be £30 please , cashless hotel which is just ridiculous

Liked: Friendly staff, always smiling. That’s the only good thing
Disliked: Carpet in the room have stains, also ordered room food service, instead of 20 minutes cooking, as it was said by one of the receptionist, it took 40 min food to arrive(we were in a rush btw). Toothpaste and toothbrush isn’t available as well, so don’t forget to get one on the way to hotel.
