Disliked: Spa area , there needs to be more investment in the pool area to provide more lounge beds 6 only.. they could put a orangery type conservatory which would allow more lounge area for this are..

Liked: Lovely stay here, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had lovely food at the Palm Court and the man playing the piano, lovely touch. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was great and not too busy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Worst stay away ever…..

Liked: Room looked like it had been recently decorated.Breakfast good.
Disliked: Room directly above the public toilets & the noise of the door banging & hand dryer going constantly ruined the night. Glass bathroom door offered no privacy whatsoever & lack of space in bathroom to put toiletries out. Strong smell of either paint or plastic in the room, could have been due to being recently refurbished. No parking spaces on arrival, car had to be abandoned.
