Liked: The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. When being checked out the man checking us out gave us free parking which was lovely. The location was also excellent as we had a show at the entertainment centre so could get on and off the tram stop that was close by.
Disliked: The central air conditioning wasn’t good at all and our room was incredibly hot. It was hotter in our room than it was outside. Our 7 month old son really struggled to settle and sleep in the room because it was so hot. In the end we had to take him out of the room to access air conditioning to get him to sleep in his pram. The face washer was also torn and the room just seemed a bit grubby.

Liked: It's starting to show its age but a good reasonably priced place to stay. Everything you need close by including transport.
Disliked: We didn't get to enjoy our room longer.

Disliked: A/C didn't hardly work which they must have know as there was a pedestal fan in our room which we had going all night.Quilt had a stain ( yuk )Carpets stained even in the entrance to the hotel as well as hallways.Only one lift working.We only had one of the cheaper rooms so can't comment on the rest of the hotel but from what we saw it is need of a major upgrade.

Disliked: Room was a little small but we were hardly there apart from sleeping, showering and dressingUnfortunately one of the lifts wasn’t working which was a bit of a pain when trying to leave
