Central nice hotel with friendly...

Liked: It is close to public transport and a short walk to Potsdamer Platz. Nice rooms light rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good with great decaf coffee and the staff is very friendyl Check in and out is very quick and easy. Small but good gym in the 7th florr with a nice view and open 24/7!
Disliked: The sink smelled a bit and it seemed like the drain of the shower was a bit blocked.

Very good

Liked: The theming was cute and for that price it had a lot going on, with its fully restaurant and bar. It defintely felt much classier than I expected when I walked in, the room was similarly professional. The staff were truly exceptional.
Disliked: There was an awful smell of the toilets on the first floor, it holds a conference room with facilities but from the other end of the hall the smell was extremely unpleasant. It was fine once in the room though.

Very good

Liked: Lovely rooms, I like the theme. Staff were friendly it felt very welcoming
Disliked: Could have had more information/ menu etc in the room or more information about the wellness facilities that I didn't use.

A nice hotel with a...

Liked: Very nice hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and provided a good nights rest. Public rail and tram service was a very short walk away. We would stay here again for sure.
Disliked: Nothing.
