Restful sleep

Liked: The facility has improved since my last visit a year ago. Water, a small sack and bath amenities. Super nice lady in front!

Passable

Disliked: We put the do not disturb on our door because we didn't want or need our room cleaned. Not only was that ignored removed from the door when we returned. Not sure why because nothing was cleaned only left towel didn't remove trash just moved it along with our suitcases for no purpose. Sink was still dirty from when we first came in. Creepy is how we felt after returning to our room. Then was charged a deposit we were told we wouldn't be charged. For the price of the rooms these things should never of occured. I never complain but this needed to be said so hopefully it doesn't happen to another person. A n d this is the only place for me to stay when I'm visiting my family. And it sucks because makes me not want to visit again. Hopefully it is something that can be addressed for me to return.

Disliked: Staff member Kim NEVER completely cleaned and reset up my room. Some days I declined service but when I did, once bed never changed. I purposely left clump of hair at doorway on tile in bathroom when I returned it was exactly same place and Kim boasted how she cleaned my room. NOT. This happened several times. Water was NEVER replenished when Kim was assigned to #102. No new coffee cups, had to call down for coffee pods. Consistency sucked with Kim. Other lady always asked if I needed anything.

Disliked: Our room smelled a little bit like cleaning solution and urine. Maybe a little less cleaning solution or spray would have been better.
