Wonderful Hotel, excellent breakfast and...

Liked: Location! Central to everything.
Disliked: The bright lights coming from Margaritaville ALL Night long. Our room faced the property next door. Even at 3am and NO One outside watching the huge TV or sitting by the Large Gas Fire these things were on. This is by No means the fault of The Greystone Lodge, just a shame that their neighbors Margaritaville would turn those those things off after Midnight. Conserve our resources.

Liked: Hot breakfast and a great location. Booked next years trip while there.
Disliked: You can’t adjust the direction of the ac. It blows right in your face towards the bed. Not a big problem though

Liked: The location was perfect. We could walk to anywhere we needed to get to in town. It was also easy to get to the national park and pigeon Forge.
Disliked: It was red a large. Kind of a long walk from our unit to breakfast. But, that was true with most of the hotels there. They all seemed big.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked that Greystone offers a breakfast. We were able to eat on site and then go about our day of adventure. They are also in a great location to everything.

Very good

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Nice that the cleaning staff comes daily, not all hotels offer that anymore!
Disliked: One comfortable bed, one very uncomfortable bed. Second mattress needed upgraded. Room had an unfavorable smell to it.
