Liked: Nice location right as you get into Gatlinburg. Nice view

Would be a perfect place...

Liked: The location was ideal being able to walk to everything without having to worry about parking or fighting traffic.
Disliked: The air quality of the room was horrible when the A/C was on. Not sure if the filter is not cleaned properly but as soon as the unit would kick on it would cause an asthma attack.

Liked: Breakfast was good! Need meat on the menu!!Liked being by the river unfortunately path was blocked off to river
Disliked: The gym was too small not enough equipment. No extra bathroom in the hallways to use..

Enjoyed clean room but overall...

Liked: Our room was 217 right beside door that leads to downstairs ramp . The door is heavy and is very loud when guest open and close it . Was woken up at 6:40 til 8:30 as it got opened about 27 times over and over . Then had a view of your commercial dumpster from my balcony that was not pleasant ( your website ) said nothing about remodeling or repairs going on . I would have chosen another place to stay . It’s was our anniversary so that was unpleasant for us .

Will definitely stay again

Liked: Great place to stay and convenient location. Rooms nice and clean. Quiet even with bus loads of teenagers. Will be back again. We love staying here.
