Liked: Staff were friendly, we had trouble with the aircon so we were moved to another room

Disliked: Put in room 26 ,up 2 flights of stairs,and no lift,when up there,very hot and stuffy room,spoke to maid,and despite aircon in room,was not working,so had to be put in another room,which was then overlooking a big massive generator,and concrete walls of the hotel,not what i expect from a 4* hotel,and not cheap either,so wont be going back,also gardens unkempt,and 1 area all overgrown with bineweed

Fabulous hotel, very luxurious and...

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite just off the entrance hall. It was lovely with a huge bathroom and it's own courtyard garden. The bed was big and comfy and the room was very clean and very quiet. Lovely big, gated carpark. Greyfriars is in a great location
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit over cooked. The mosaic bath looked great but was actually uncomfortable to sit in if you don't have a padded bum!
