Luxurious stay disappointing breakfast

Liked: Service was excellent at reception & bar area and such a beautiful place!
Disliked: Breakfast was awful, we had it to the room it was missing items we had the full English breakfast and it was a let down. The stafff delivering to the room seemed annoyed and rushed too. The flavours didn’t match each other. Very dissatisfied shame to leave feeling like this after a lovely stay

Liked: Lovely central location for my business meeting. Room was clean and comfortable with lovely toiletries. Great shower
Disliked: A slight hiccup with the heating which was sorted immediately

Liked: I had booked room only and was aware of this BUT when i went to breakfast I was charged £33 for an English breakfast, toast juice and coffee. The breakfast itself was £19.50 the additional items were all charged separately - i have contacted the hotel and they say that the pricing for the juice toast and coffee were there - I didnt see it and no way was the breakfast worth £33

Adequate for my business stay...

Liked: On my arrival the gentleman at the reception desk was fabulous- friendly, warm and helpful.Room was clean and of reasonable size.Facilities were well looked after
Disliked: Cold breakfast room. I was told it could not be heated up more; it was very cold outside. Clearly inadequate heating arrangement in that part of the building.The lady serving me breakfast seemed slightly off in her demeanour and interactions with me- as if she did not want to be there or did not like her job, or both.
