Liked: The room was cute and clean and the location was very convenient to the ferry as well as many of the restaurants (especially since few are open in March!). We had an issue with the thermostat and got prompt assistance from the front desk.
Disliked: Our bathroom door was missing part of the handle, so it was almost impossible to turn and we kept getting stuck inside. Some of the outlets didn't work consistently. Service was very mediocre -- everyone we spoke with at the front desk didn't seem to want to be there (earbuds in and chatting on the phone, watching videos, etc.) or help with bags. It was a little confusing to encounter this type of service in a well-rated hotel and during the off season when there aren't tons of people staying.

Liked: Cozy place, friendly staff.The host allowed us early check-in and late check-out. They gave us information about the restaurants that are open on new year's eve. It was very helpful. The building is near the wharf and in walking distance from the touristy area.The art they have on the wall, the wooden key card, furniture, everything in the house makes the pretty and comfortable atmosphere of this hotel.Wifi was strongSpacy roomComplimentary water in the fridgeThe private bathroom was cleanThere were bedside outlets so we could charge our phones.

Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: Location was as good as you can get in Nantucket. It is downtown, close to everything. Hotel went out of its way to assist us even though their restaurant was closed for Christmas. Great service by staff and owner
Disliked: Besides the restaurant being closed there really wasn't much to dislike. It is a great place.
