Only slept here for one night but room and facilities were great and very clean.

Liked: Location.

Stayed here 10 years ago and had a fabulous room and enjoyed it. This time round we had a very small dark room at the back of hotel with a view of a wall. Very noisy with the huge kitchen extractor fan below our room and had no sleep. The mattress dipped in the middle and the hotel looked very tired.

Disliked: Very disappointing.

Overrated. Very small room. Not value for money.

Disliked: Very small room for a double. Nowhere to sit if you wanted breakfast in your room. Small reception desk - always seemed to have too many staff. No parking facilities - had to use a pay and display public car park nearby. Breakfast was an extra and expensive. We went for a short walk to the Eldon Square shopping centre and had a lovely breakfast for less than half the price. Generally OK but wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: In a central location close to many shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was on the small side although very comfortable and had good amenities.

good location for party, shopping...

Liked: Great location right in the heart of Newcastle, the room was fine with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was very good much better than a buffet style breakfast, excellent choice of cooked breakfast and a substantial choice for the continental options, the croissant and the pain au chocolat were very good as was the coffee.
Disliked: small issue with double bed rather that twin beds on first night was unfortunate
