This is our new home...

Liked: The location is amazing, right behind Bourbon street but away from the bustle and noise, the rooms are huge, we had a king suite and I have lived in smaller apartments, the pool and garden/courtyard with hot spa pool is the icing on the cake!
Disliked: sorry cant think of anything, no nothing, in fact I am just writing now as I am have no negatives and I just need words to fill up the review, what can I say!

Liked: Amazing location - 2 blocks away from bourbon st where all the action is, but you get to sleep in peace and quiet! Everything was clean and the wooden furniture & floors are very pleasant. Room has a safe, tvs and a fully furnished kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, utensils pots & pans) - very useful.There were plenty towels, some shampoo and body wash, board & iron, even a hair dryer. There's complementary coffee & tea at the lobby, staff is super friendly and nice. There's also a pool which we didn't use because we were busy touring the city, but it was clean and nice and there...
Disliked: Nothing much. Hotel is Reallly nice :)

Liked: The location was perfect! Close enough to walk or catch a trolly two blocks away! Superb location!
Disliked: The property was clean and well kept. The rooms had everything we needed. Even some bottled waters in the fridge!

Liked: Mike and Mark at the front desk were great. They were nice to talk to and answered any questions we had.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like

Disliked: Water pressure poor, some wear on flooring and fixtures, musty smell

Liked: Location is perfect! Great to get around French Quarter. Staff is super and very kind/helpful. Set up our cab for airport return :)
Disliked: Check in is a bit late in comparison to when flights land. But they'll keep your bags safe until you can check in!

Liked: Great location. Polite and helpful front desk staff. Excellent room; spacious, great kitchen amenities and comfortable living room area.A fabulously appointed and roomy suite at a great address with lovely staff.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were chilly, but this was due to previous storm issues, so not attributable to hotel. Shower pressure not very high, but had same issue at Hyatt week before, so possibly a general NOLA problem.
