Nice location but rundown units

Liked: I noticed in the morning the building was right next to the beach
Disliked: I didn't stay in the building I booked. The managing office placed me in another building upstairs. I had to drag my oversized luggage to the second floor. Once in the unit, I noticed that the toilet had smeared feces over the toilet seat, the bowl and tank.

Liked: I love coming to this location and this place has it all.. close beach .. pools and all the sights to see . This time I had a discount. It was amazing
Disliked: A bit of yelling across my room on the parking lot. But ppl were drunk and dumb I am sure.

Liked: It was close to the beach and that is all.
Disliked: Property is not updated at all and seems unsafe to stay, you can see the where the door jams are cracked from being kicked in and they didn’t even try to fix it. Bath tubs painted,ac unit looks like it is falling out of the wall, old spring mattress and uncomfortable. I definitely messed up on not reading the reviews before hand. They also advertised on having breakfast and a pool but they are all at different locations. All of these properties desperately need money put into them.
