Good deal for german city...

Liked: Staff, location and parking. Breakfast was good but overly priced. No sounds from the street due to double windows.
Disliked: No vegetables for breakfast what so ever. Not a 4 star hotel according to EU regulation. Soft mattress.

Clean and functional.

Liked: I thought this hotel was going to be nestled in the foothills of the Alps and in a peaceful location to enjoy for a couple of days. It was all fine but it was on a fairly busy road so, we might as well have stayed in town where we were nearer to things because the noise is likely to have been the same. Check in was easy. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very hard and I borrowed another chair from downstairs so we had 2 chairs. It was all fine, just more functional than special and I’d been hoping it was more special. They had an honesty bar downstairs, and a piano so they were unexpected perks.
Disliked: It was on a noisy road and not the secluded location I was, perhaps foolishly, expecting.

Comfortable, clean, centrally located with...

Liked: The location was the best! Right at the Marktplatz & convenient to walk everywhere. My room was comfy & very clean, newer bathroom/shower & comfortable bed.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I arrived on a Sunday & NO ONE was there! Reception closed. Had to wait 40 mins outside till a hotel guest saw me outside with my luggage & let me in. During the week it should be fine . They should’ve emailed instructions prior so I knew what to do to get my key.

Liked: I really liked the Staff especially the young man who changed my room because it was cold also they allowed me to check in at 11:00 am instead of normal 3:00 time thank youn
Disliked: I didn’t like having to take this large key with me…if I lost it I wouldn’t be able to re-enter the building because at 9:00pm no one would be there working 24-7…I think a key box or combination pad for guests that have a special code to renter their rooms or the bus will make it friendly

Disliked: Reception member on arrival was disengaged and unhelpful. Apart from breakfast area, decor is utilitarian with ikea type furnishings, lift small with the paintwork chipped and floor carpet dirty, there are broken glass bricks in the stairwell.Our room had paper thin curtains, the bathroom was cramped and the shower door didn’t close, the towels were old, thin and frayed. No tea/coffee making facility.There a minimal parking available on site and no alternative could be suggested by staff.
