Liked: The staff were superb, particularly the way in which my very late evening arrival was dealt with.The room was basic but fully functional. The bed was very comfortable meaning I got some good sleep and the shower did a good job (no idea why hotels insist on having just one small screen and no shower door - Greet will pay for it in the end due to water ingress into the floor o/s the shower).I don't normally have breakfast, but for €9 I was very impressed. A sensible spread, all good, all fresh.
Disliked: Couldn't fault it.

Liked: Easy check in and check out, very friendly staff and close to the airport (walking distance).
Disliked: The bathroom was very small. It was a bit noisy in the night due to other guests until midnight.

Liked: It is in a nice location, close to the airport. The room was small but comfortable, and there was private parking available.
Disliked: In the room close to mine, a family smoked like volcanos with the door open, and all the smoke arrived in my room. They also had a child who played games until 4 a.m., and they always had the door open. My room was full of smoke because of them. Nobody answered my call at the reception to claim this. Terrible experience.

Liked: The kitchen/food lady was excellent. Despite us missing breakfast, she made special effort to provide us some food. She was brilliant.
Disliked: Night reception staff not friendly. Also, he did not tell us the time for breakfast. We missed breakfast.

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area . Easy to get to airport.
Disliked: The restaurant wasn't open.

Liked: Very good location, staff incredibly attentive and amiable. I’ve already recommended Grett to friends who travel through Bordeaux. I certainly will stay in the future. Just loved it - highly recommendable. Or as the French say « incontournable »!!!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!
