I will not stay there...

Disliked: Our room was tiny, we could not close our window, the shower did not even have a ledge for soap. I accidently dropped an earring on the floor so discovered the filth under our bed. Whilst there was parking it was limited so on our return later that night we had to try and find parking elsewhere.

Disliked: This hotel has at least 3 different names online, do your research before booking and call with queries. dO NOT STAY HERE if possible.Total fraud of a hotel/ motel.Ended up with a different & smallest room (if that's what you call it) and I had paid and charged for their biggest room with no refunds nor apologies.Don't pick any room aside from the cheapest ?if you have to stay here !!!)via phone I was told I had room 25, which is the most expensive & spacious in the hotel & I wanted to treat myself as my husband has recently passed. Correspondence from a receptionist who even pretended to cry stating "I work 12 hours a day & it's booked out, 1st in, 1st served" There was absolutely no satellite TV, Netflix , or Stan etc etc and the free to air channels were hit & miss. The wifi consistently dropped out & froze.No telephone for emergencies and information, no pamphlets for travellers. Total 1 of each; knife, dessert spoon,saucer & plate= All filthy. There was no freezer, nor ice tray.I would never stay here again. I can't believe they get away with this false advertising and law breaking still to this dayBedside lamp was broken & no clock. Could go on about this however, hopefully this is enough.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at...

Liked: the room was great for the price, breakfast was a nice bonus since I had family at the private hospital.
Disliked: the air conditioner was extremely noisy, lucky it was not needed once the room reached a comfortable temperature.
