Liked: The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was good.Also the room was spacious.
Disliked: No parking area available. The bathroom door did not have a handle.We didn't expect to be climbing stairs as spouse is on crutches.The breakfast was very poor in that they did not top up the cereal. One toaster was not working and we weren't advised of where the breakfast area was.The fridge in our room had no shelves and the little freezer slot was blocked with ice, also had a towel frozen/stuck in it. The fridge was obviously not cleaned.
