Disliked: Absolutely unacceptable! The rooms appeared to have never been cleaned. They were dusty, musty, and poorly maintained. The fans were falling apart, and the beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the quilt. The hygiene and cleanliness were appalling. My husband and son both had asthma flare-ups from the dust and mold in the air. The kitchenette was filthy to the point where we didn’t feel safe placing anything on the countertops. It’s hard to believe this place could pass a building inspection. The toilet lacked a bin, and the shower curtain was stained and disgusting. The so-called plunge pool or spa resembled a waste water collection area. This experience was shocking on every level!

Liked: Beds were were nice, just one bed has a bit of stain on the duvet. Clean room and very spacious. Excellent for large groups. Chairs were bit dirty. Swimming pools was not pleasant, didn’t use at all. Was looking forward to the pools though. Otherwise stay was good
Disliked: Pool was not clean. Had algae and the spa had a bit of smell.
