Liked: It was clean and had everything we needed
Disliked: An attraction to this motel was the pool in the pictures. However quite different in person and did not use. I felt it was over priced for it.

Liked: Not much. All the minimum stuff, but not to any reasonable standards
Disliked: Bloody awful. The place should not be allowed to stay open

Would not recommend this budget...

Liked: Admin was very pleasant and recommended us places to eat
Disliked: Mould visible in bedroom ceiling and window, dirty floor and kitchen area… Broken beds , tyre underneath single bed fell off when son hopped on bed to sleep. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially with young kids. The price was a bit high for very competitive market

Worst motel in NZ?

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Motel very old and tired. Beds soft and uncomfortable. Very very noisy with trucks rumbling past all night and right next door to a large service station. Carpets and curtains old and worn, couldn't get proper tv reception. We had to move out and find somewhere else it was so unpleasant.

Liked: Maori cleaning lady very helpful , that you had plates cups , cutlery available.
Disliked: The office was un attended all the time including 2 pm check in time very UN welcoming , I have never witness this kind of reception behavior -
