Superb

Liked: You get what you pay for in terms of amenities and facilities, but in terms of service and location, you get so much more. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. My only regret was not booking it for my entire stay. They accommodated us with an early check-in, which was a huge plus since we had so many bags. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. I’m definitely coming back!The bathroom was a pleasant surprise—modern, clean, and spacious.
Disliked: The only reason I’m mentioning what I didn’t like is because Booking asked! The lights were a bit dim and dark, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to the convenience of the location. If I were on my honeymoon, it would probably be perfect!

Excellent location near Miami Convention...

Liked: The location is excellent!!! It is everything. Very close to the Convention Center, which was important to me, and also steps away from the Lincoln Mall strip where there's lots of food, and shopping. Area is accessible to public transport too. It's amazing!
Disliked: The whole property is dated, it badly needed a refresh. I was given Room 203 first, and that room has water leaking on the floor, ants crawling around and the microwave doesn't work. I asked to be moved rooms, and Room 104 was sooo much better, though still old and dated. You also have to take your trash out upon checkout, and there's no double lock in the rooms, just a code for the door.

Good stay but the value...

Liked: It is a walking distance from all the important places in Miami Beach
Disliked: The coffee machine was dirty and the toilet doesn’t seem to have a vent that actually works.

Disliked: Overall, the drama! at the beginning was the mistake of the rooms. After a few hours, other people got the code to our door and entered. We wanted to explain the situation at the lobby when we returned to the room, the code did not work. Without a phone, nothing. Other residents were very nice and helpful, they lent us a phone, they said it was not the first time the code did not work. It took about 2 hours before we managed to open the door. It was 3 am :/
