Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near to work. It is an impressive building. The room was quiet & clean. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The food was excellent, breakfast & dinner. Regarding the staff, while they were all very good, Paula in the restaurant/bar was outstanding - easy on the eye, a good sense of humour, & very considerate to all diners, including my colleague & I.
Disliked: Too much food!!! The breakfast was occasionally missing an item - just as well, I suppose.

Liked: I thought the value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also lovely, but I would have loved some pastries on the buffet table!
Disliked: There was a security function on the door that very nearly led to a disaster when I got locked out of my room the morning I was leaving. I must have hit a button by mistake as I left the room and no key card would work to open it. Only for one of the breakfast staff being able to get into the office to fix the issue I would have really been in trouble. Again, the staff was phenomenal when I needed help, but the function should definitely be advertised more or removed altogether from the doors!
