Friendly, helpful people; very clean and well kept rooms. I normally don't rave about a motel, but this one really stands out as being exceptional. A very well run operation.

Fine for my purposes but...

Liked: Location, breakfast location and potential. Good waffle option but no eggs.
Disliked: Extra fee of “$12 that got refunded once I challenged it since paid thru 3rd party app. $100 charge (not pending but actual charge) takes several days for refund. Broken toilet seat, makeup splatter on bathroom wall. Limited linens - 2 white sheets and 1 really thin while blanket only on bed. No chair. Very loud traffic noise. No security stick in sliding window. Stayed in another hotel for same price, better location in old town and got elevated experience.

This was the worst experience...

Liked: It doesn’t smell good. It looks like they just repainted the property, which looks really good in pictures, but it still smells old. However, the people who work there are nice.
Disliked: My room looks out onto an alleyway with no safety measures—just a 4-foot wall and a gate without a lock. As a result, someone broke into by broken the window of our room and stole a lot of our belongings
