How we were treated...

Liked: the location was excellent and the price was reasonable. The cleaning and cooking staff were great.
Disliked: The parking is very tight and the front end staff and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional and very unhelpful. We were treated like we had just kicked their dog I don't know if it's because we were there to fish or what the issue was but I asked if we could park in the back alley of the hotel because I had a boat and was met with a very sharp and angry "ABSOLUTELY NOT WE WILL TOW YOU" and then nothing but attitude after that.

Disliked: Was told I couldn’t get king room on 2nd floor (where it is generally quieter) because the reservation was done through booking.com. Is that true? Didn’t make sense.
