Liked: It was fast and cheap
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel and asked for an invoice, but the people who helped me could not give me the invoice, they said that the invoice should be given to me by Booking.com. I told them that Booking.com had sent me a receipt but was not a valid invoice. I showed them "A valid invoice for tax purposes can only be issued by the property" and they did not want to give me this invoice. The company where I work does not wish to accept all the expense reports for my trip to Germany from Nicaragua. It was a bad experience trying to make them understand me.

Liked: Service was good. Lady behind was accommodating n very nice.
Disliked: Bathroom door would not fully shut. We had a roach. No outside lighting we arrived at night.
