Liked: The breakfast is not good at all they could upgrade on their breakfast
Disliked: They could have exterminator to come more often, but other than that, the room the bed was clean

Disliked: The deposit was kept for no reason because there was no damage. The floor was dirty the sheets had stains on them and they wouldn’t give me another room even though the room they gave me was not clean.

Worst experience at a hotel...

Liked: I had the worst experience I have ever had on a vacation stay. I brought my family here for a weekend getaway. I reserved a 2 day stay here. I made it at the hotel at 10 P.M. by 5 A.M. the next morning my car was put on bricks. Someone stole the tire off my car. I went to the front desk because they have a camera pointing directly where my car was parked pointing at it and another pointing straight forward stacked right beside each other. When reviewing camera footage the camera pointing straight was operable and recording the camera that was pointing at my car did not work :). All I can think about at the moment is what would have happened had I gone outside at the time of the incident with my 12 month old baby? I had serious safety concerns after the incident so I decided to cancel my reservation and leave. Also, the bedding had stains from previous stay. I went to Walmart and purchased cover and new pillows. The room was very cold 60 degrees when we arrived. I turned the air completely off to get it to room temperature the next morning the entire floor was moist/wet. We did not use the shower or the sink prior to this. There were chipped walls. Room condition 4/10. I stayed here because of the 8.3 review rate and I also included breakfast which is great buy for me which due to everything due to everything that happened I did not get to try. Overall I was not prepared for the unfortunate turn of events.

Liked: The curtain is filthy and torn .Water in shower is not warm enough for customer.Charging damage deposit is ridiculous. What can the room be damaged staying for one night?
