Would stay again for convenience...

Liked: Everything was good, clean room and breakfast was fresh.
Disliked: Of course, the pool and hot tub were not working.

Liked: The rooms are nice and spacious. We like the pool and hot tub area.
Disliked: One woman, apparently works midnight shift, accused me of smoking in the room, then led about it. I had dropped a cigarette out in a water bottle while I was by the hot tub. When I gathered everything up from being in hot tub, I took my trash also. I put the bottle on dresser when I got in hotel room, of course, plastic bottle was sealed. Forgot to throw away. After leaving the charged my room for smoking, then Annie (I believe her name), lied and said she found other cigarette butt's and smelled smoke. Someone also said she took and has pictures. THAT WAS AN ABSOLUTE BOLD FACED LIE! We'll never stay there again. (Oh, I got my money back, I don't smoke in hotel rooms!!)

Liked: Ease of access; comfortable. Close to Florence Downtown.
Disliked: The bathroom shower/toilet paper holder, and towels need upgrading.
