Disliked: Stayed two nights and one of the mornings we didn’t have much of a selection of breakfast and we were down there early (8 a.m.) both days.

Liked: This is our go to hotel in Florence. Its the only hotel. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. But they had internet trouble this trip. The breakfast has always been delicious and plentiful. Staff are courteous and friendly.
Disliked: We had trouble accessing the TV. We have never had a problem before. Plus the internet wasn't working. Its like they changed their technology access since our last visit 4 months ago.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and big.
Disliked: Breakfast was subpar. It looked like there was a pancake maker that wasn't working. There was no decaf coffee. The peanut butter was hard and difficult to use. The utensils were super cheap.
