The whole experience was great, we stayed the night to see a concert at Ak Chin Pavilion and the Uber people were only $7. All was great, good job Holiday Inn!

Worst Green Tree

Disliked: We chose this property based on the grand as we have stayed at Green Tree hotels before and liked them however When we showed up to check in no one was there. Phones are ringing, no one to answer them, Waited 15 min before someone finally showed up, no apologies just said hello and then asked us if they could help. Wtf? When I expressed my fear of elevators I was told there was only the 1 and the stairs could not be used. The room had loose unworking electrical lights. The windows are thin and you can hear the traffic all night, we were right by the busiest highway. And finally no one warned us of some party happening 2 nights in a row at the hotel. Doors supposed to lock at 9pm. But nope. People just strolling in and out. Bikers parked illegally and revving their engines playing loud music. It was insane. No one at the desk. Been nice to have been told that. When we checked in they had a whatever that was happening for 2 of the 3 nights.
