Disliked: Everything the floors were wet. The faucet dripped there was mold on the curtains. There was cigarette Burns in the comforter. It reeked and the location is downright scary we didn't even stay

Liked: Upgraded bed from Standard King to Standard Queen Deluxe for free without any additional charge
Disliked: My door didn't completely lock. The toilet was freshly stained upon room arrival. Couldn't hear anything when I had my guests knock onto my room door, had to keep the latch in my room doorframe in order to keep door ajar which was overly uncomfortable and uncalled for. Employees wouldn't give me fresh towels or extra rolls of toilet paper when the previous roll had been fully used up. Employee that pulled up my reservation upon arrival to the hotel property kept having me wait for 30 minute intervals at least 3+ more times without giving me an reasonable explanation as to why I have to continue to wait to get into my hotel room when I added my arrival time to my booking.com hotel reservation booking profile for Hotel Personnel Usage. My mini fridge was broken and frozen over. My television wasn't properly hooked up nor connected. Bedside tables and table with light upon it closest to window had dirt, cigarette ashes, And drug baggies containing illegal drug substances still within its placement whilst also smeared all over visible areas on tabletops. Found pieces of straws cut into smaller portions with freshly used drug substance abuse particles evenly layered throughout the straws as if being used to snort lines of Crystal Meth, those of which were found in the bedside drawer and I found Diabetic Syringes tucked behind the toilet and were covered up with a used hand towel

Liked: They have cameras inside their hotel rooms you can hear the people that is watching you trying to talk to you while you are in your hotel room so far room 284 and room 382
Disliked: They have cameras inside their rooms while the people are watching you they are talking to you letting you know they see you James Wallace Sean Massillon Shawn pier Curtis are the ones looking inside the rooms like sexual predators

Liked: Price was fair, you get what you pay for I get that, staff was great, no bedbugs well at least in the room we stayed in, beds was decent, ( I do bring my own blankets to all places I stay). easy to get to off the highway,
Disliked: We stayed here about 18 months ago and the fire alarm went off around 1:30 in the morning and we was evacuated (no fire the fire alarm was pulled), well this time it went off again but aound 11pm due to guess smoking weed in their room (the hallway that is all you could smell) once the police made the guess leave the next day the smell was gone, top floor was on fire at one piont which I was not told, it didnt not affect our stay it was all blocked off the only reason i know is from the windows outside., bathroom is small but why do you need a big bathroom. no coffee.It is alot cleaner then the last time I stayed here, you can tell that the staff is trying.

Disliked: Burn marks in the carpet, burn marks and severe staining on all of the bedding. It smelled like someone had been living there. Nasty.

Liked: Nothing absolutely dirty
Disliked: This hotel caught on fire in 2023 and the upstairs windows are still boarded up. The bathroom had bugs in it and the walls had mold. Absolutely horrible

My family and I unexpected...

Liked: Nothing besides the price.
Disliked: Roaches everywhere, most of the outlets in my suite were blown out or not safe to use, Roaches in mini fridge, mini fridge not plugged in before I arrived, multiple complete hand prints on both head boards, and No wifi signal reached my room during the entire stay. consistent usual and unpleasant smell in every hallway and stairway. Multiple board windows and doors. The signs that is located on the front desk window stating which debit card and or bank the hotel favor for business. I never knew there were lazy Indians before I stayed there kind of feel like I owe the ones in my hood an apology from the bottom of my heart.
