Handy and pleasant but pricey

Liked: Tehe location was perfect to our needs. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpfull; she allowed us a late checkout.
Disliked: The price!! It was very expensive. We were there for the Cold Play concert and I suspected the prices were hiked due to that event. There were only 2 teabags provided and 2 milk containers- probably could have asked for more but I thought that was very tight given what we had paid.

Good

Liked: Big room, great customer services. Delicious breakfast, recommend to go there early.
Disliked: Kitchen and Bathroom were not cleaned well.

Disliked: I personally found the pillow uncomfortable.

Great stay!

Liked: The room was fine but the employees are great! We first arrived early, not to check in, but to just find out where the hotel was. I popped into the office to see if they had brochures for sightseeing. Sami greeted me and was very helpful in suggesting a few places to check out nearby while we waited till we could check in. She also was kind enough to suggest for us to leave our luggage while we wandered around. When we got back for check in, Biprash was on duty. He had carried our HEAVY luggage to our room on the third floor while we were gone. They were all so nice and so helpful during our stay! If that wasn't enough, the free breakfast was totally worth it - eggs, sausage/bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, pastries, pancakes, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, coffee - wow! Great way to start the day. Tried to stay there on our last day since it was just 16km (10 miles) from the airport but it was totally sold out.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointed, unclean, unsure how this...

Liked: Very lovely staff and great location
Disliked: The room was very run down. Carpet was stained and sticky (my socks stuck to the carpet while walking) Bed had numerous stains on the mattress and the sheets smelled like urine. Windows had mould on themOnly one of the lights in the ceiling was working After being so disappointed in our room we were hoping for breakfast to be the highlight, however the food was cold, eggs tasted strangely like fish. The apple juice tasted like it was off. We left our plates full of food and handed in our key and headed home.Really unfortunate to leave a bad review as the staff were very friendly and kind.
