Liked: Staff are really friendly, breakfast was very good and location brilliant
Disliked: Beds were a bit 'shaky'! Could do with an upgrade as it's a little dated. That said it's my second break at The Green Tree and I would stay there again without a doubt

Liked: Location was excellent. A nice breakfast was served and the staff we met were pleasant
Disliked: The room was very basic. Clean but a bit tired. The cost was overpriced.

Liked: Delightful friendly staff and excellent cooked breakfast. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee in the room. Great location and a brilliant Chinese restaurant nearby.
Disliked: Our room overlooked the high street and unfortunately only had single glazing, so it was quite noisy on a Friday night. Overall a bit dated, dusty and tired

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Very outdated, really needs to be updated and refurbished. And need more info when you arrive, e.g. we came back around 11 pm on Tuesday and door was closed, we were not told about going to the parking lot and to use the key to get in the side of the buiding, we had to call the number to be told what to do very stressful to say the least. And earlier, we were coming up very tricky stairs in the dark, very dangerous and scary!
