Disliked: Throughout the night, the air conditioner made a loud noise that disrupted my sleep. The room was cold, and I couldn't adjust the temperature to make it warmer. It seems the air conditioner was malfunctioning.

Disliked: I was asked to pay 15£ for tax not withstanding that I paid for accommodation seems strange.booking.com should include all the bills and avoid secret charges
