Perfect Road Trip Motel

Liked: Green Bird Inn is a one story motel right off the freeway. It was very convenient for our cross country travel with two dogs. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable. There is a nice grassy area oacross the parking lot. Restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Our first room smelled like cat (118). The front desk clerk changed our room without question. So, I disliked the small room but loved the customer service in fixing the issue!

Good place to stay as...

Liked: This place was updated fairly recently it seemed and the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and they were expecting us. Our room was on the end of the building which made it very quiet. Dog fee was very reasonable.
Disliked: This is not a fancy place, it is an old fashion single level motel. It was a really good place to stay for one night passing through. Since it is just off the highway, it may not be appealing to some folks.

It's a cheap motel, so...

Liked: The staff at check-in were kind. The AC worked well during the hottest part of the day. The location was close to the highway, so it was easy to get too and it wasn't too loud.
Disliked: The room was pretty dirty, including stains on the sheets and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. A bug crawled across my face in the night.
