Liked: The rooms are outdated but very clean! We didn’t have any silverware or anything but it wasn’t a problem considering we weren’t in our room often. The owner, Nick, as well as other staff, was extremely nice and friendly. Pool was very clean! Will def book again, just not on the third floor with a toddler! That was my fault for not checking.
Disliked: Rooms could use some upgrading.

Faded and Friendly

Liked: Pleasant hotel with retro charm and extremely friendly/helpful reception. We loved that other families seem to come to this hotel year after year; there was a nice atmosphere. Other guests seemed quite friendly. The pool looked clean and fun, with cheerful pool toys. We really appreciated scoring a room on short notice, so that we could visit family in the area. The shower was nice and hot, and there were plentiful clean towels.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was dusty, a plastic wrapper was left on the sofa, and someone's pair of shorts and belt was left on a chair outside the room when we arrived. So the cleanliness could have been better. Although that didn't make a good first impression, we did enjoy our multi-day stay. We would have loved to have drinking cups in the room for use when brushing our teeth. None of this was a deal-breaker for us, and we would return if we find ourselves in the area.
