Liked: An option for a waterpark in winter. A lot of food places near by.
Disliked: Thought, the facility is older, signs of worn out everywhere. More slides for smaller kids vs teens. The lazy river is super small, not even a river. Also, would be nice to have shampoo installed in showers in the changing rooms. Paid parking $15.

Disliked: While trying to check in the music was so loud (some program for kids was going to start soon) that I couldn’t hear the person behind the desk while he was trying to check us in.

Liked: What I like is that it's close to everything and all the activities around and restaurants
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't talk about the deposit and we had to pay the parking lot fee. That they are not honest at the beginning of the reservation. We went in a group and I was the only one that they didn't give a discount. The room was not ready and we got a birthday package for my daughter's birthday surprise and it was not ready. I called twice to make sure it was ready and they told it was ready. When I got there they asked me if I wanted to cancel my room because it was not ready after driving 5 hours to get there.They gave me the wrong room and not the one with the group. When I called to get things for the room they never came to give me the things needed. The manager told me about a different package Paws which she gave me balloon with the stick and it was falling out because it was to big for the stick. Instead of fixing it she told me that is out the package came if I wanted it or not. I paid for it. I think that is rude instead of fixing it with all the discrepancies we went through when we got there she should have answered differently. Nobody told me where my room was and I had to figure it out myself. I was waiting for the key to the room and nobody explained to me that the bracelet was the key. They just took the payment and put me to the side.
