Great family overnight!

Liked: I love how diligent the life guards are. They were very attentive to my children and it made the stress tremendously less.
Disliked: Wish the lazy river and the pirate ship was open, my kids were really looking forward to it and since we have two toddlers, going on the hot springs side without those attractions was very short lived. The pool was too busy for my small children to play basketball and my husband and I were unable to try out the really busy hot spring. The splash park area on the wave pool side was great, my kids ran in circles all day and were in and out of the wave pool, I just wish there was more for the parents to do with small children. Loved it though! We will be back! But hopefully in January for my next child’s birthday, we will be able to enjoy those attractions.

Nice family staycation with pool...

Liked: Very nice and kid friendly
Disliked: Only nitpick was that my room wasn’t ready until almost 5. I requested early check in because I have a 1.5 year old that was missing a nap already, so every minute got a little harder to wait.

Liked: Many items broken, I stay on 5th floor , one elevator is broken, ice machine broken, my room fridge is not cooling properly, and now have so many expensive for stay in
Disliked: I prefer no share , some people need this place for help your family!

Don't waste your money on...

Disliked: There is hardly any sitting room in the biggest suite
