Disliked: Bathtub faucet would not shut of completely so it kept running and the faucet was coming off the wall no cold water in the bath only scalding hot water

Liked: Temperature of water was great in the water park
Disliked: The rooms are extremely old. They need to redo their plumbing. The water from the sink does not drain carpets extremely old mattresses need to be replaced their front and court food stinks terribly like throw up.

Almost ruined a well expected...

Liked: The water park was the best part of the stay. Some parts of the Hot tub could do with a fresh coat of paint. One bathroom was broken, and we had to queue to shower. Under staffed.
Disliked: I found the staff to be tired and overwhelmed most of the time. Long queues from checking to Checkout. The Valet Parking attendants were discordant. One was openly rude to customers.

Perfect for families

Liked: It’s all about entertaining the kids. The waterpark is awesome.
Disliked: Chlorine is an issue because it’s inside but not sure that can be helped

Liked: The water park was great and the other activities for the kids
Disliked: The food was way over priced and the beds was way to firm and the staff was very rude when you asked them questions about where certain things where or how to get to certain areas of the hotel
