Disliked: It took me twenty minutes to find parking while my young grandkids sat in the lobby by themselves and then I had to pay $15 per day for the parking. Food is expensive for the quality.

Disliked: It looks clean but carpets are really dusty, at the corners specifically and make the air bad. Number of elevators are not enough and poor design to walk from the water park through the lobby to the elevators or stairs wet when the lobby is pretty cold as guest coming and leaving. Additional elevators in the water park area would be great. No play area for kids under or around 2 years old, fenced obstacle course would be good with daycare staff too. No outdoor playgrounds, if you want to play outdoor you have to go somewhere else. Poor options for meals, pizza and sandwiches during the day. Salads, fruits and healthy snacks would be more healthy. It’s insane to wait to be seated in the only restaurant in the hotel and standing line with kids for many minutes for breakfast too. As family friendly hotel many opportunities to improve to make families life easier and comfortable. More holiday specialized activities would be great.
