Liked: . The location was ideal for my needs
Disliked: The hotel bedrooms appear comfortable and reasonably well fitted but what ever they are spraying in the rooms has a very strong and obnoxious odour. Certainly would not stay in that again.

Liked: Central location city centre was easy walking distance, access to hotel rooms after hours were easy, free private car park , bed was very comfy. When I did speak to staff they were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't check before I booked that breakfast wasn't served at the hotel. Food was served after 430 and the kitchen closed at 10pm .

Liked: Nothing about the stay was good, please avoid
Disliked: The staff were rude, rooms were dirty and had an awful smell, i had asthma and couldn’t breathe because of the poor odour. When i explained this to the staff they were denying it. I’ve yet to receive my refund so they lied about that too

Amazing

Liked: Staff was amazing, girl we think her name was Ellie very lovely could not have been more helpful and we all think she should be recognised for her exceptional customer care ! We originally had been let down with our stay at a different property and this girl was amazing from start to Finnish with helping us book into this hotel.
