Did what we needed but...

Liked: Bed was really comfy
Disliked: Cup was dirty. Tea stains running down the side of it. Bathroom was dirty. Waited at reception for 10 minutes then got a key lumped on the desk. Bed covers were stained

Disappointing

Liked: Have stayed before and therefore chose to return as good value for money, clean etc.However during this stay, much more disappointing.Small shower screen meant entire bathroom floor soaked after one shower, and only provided one bath and hand towel between two of us initially (had to request more).Room was too hot to sleep all three nights, despite radiator being off and keeping blind down during day to stop sun heating the room, meaning very disturbed sleep. Room above the smoking area, so even with window open, although room slightly cooler, the noise disturbed us instead.Bed uncomfortable, mattress needs replaced.Blind for window also holey and clearly damaged.Room was clean however.Very little interaction with staff, so no opportunity at end of stay to convey how disappointing stay was. Won't be returning.

Liked: The room was small. The toilet had a problem flushing and the shower was ridiculous.

Liked: Food was excellent, disappointed there was no breakfast.
Disliked: No storage for my clothes, eg unit drawers
